Return & Refund

Due to the nature of our products returns cannot be accepted. If there are any issues with the order you received please send us an e-mail within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will get your order replaced or refunded.

 

Shipping

Majority of our healing goods are made fresh when ordered and require 1-3 business days to prepare. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship out. Feel free to contact us after 7 days if you have not received a shipping update.
